Make a payment

At Harleysville, we make paying your bill easy and convenient. You can pay online, by electronic funds transfer, by phone or by mail. Additional details on all of our payment options follow, but if you have any questions about paying your bill—or any questions about your policy for that matter—please contact your independent insurance agent.

Note to life insurance policyholders: At this time, the online and phone payment options are not available for individual and group accounts in Georgia, Maryland and North Carolina.

  • Pay online

Property & casualty and individual life & annuity customers can make can make a secure one-time online payment using your credit card, debit card or bank account number. To set up an online payment, please refer to your invoice for your account or policy number and ZIP code, and have your credit card, debit card or bank account information available. Then, click here to make an online payment.

  • Pay by recurring electronic funds transfer (EFT)
    (For property & casualty and individual life & annuity customers)

You can enjoy the convenience of having your recurring premium payments automatically withdrawn from your checking, savings or money market account. You have no checks to write, no worries about late or missed premium payments, and no installment fees. If you’re one of our property & casualty insurance customers, simply click here to print our EFT form. Fill out the form, obtain the required documents and then send us the completed paperwork. If you’re an individual life or annuity customer, click here to print our Preauthorized Check (PAC) Information Form (another name for EFT). EFT is currently not available to our group life and disability customers.

  • Pay by phone

You can make a one-time payment by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week by using your credit card, debit card or bank account number. Please refer to your invoice for your account or policy number and ZIP code, and have your credit card, debit card or bank account information available. Then, call 1.866.665.4992 to pay by phone.

  • Pay by mail

You can pay your bill in full or by installments by mailing a check or money order. If you have your invoice, please mail the remittance stub and payment to the address on the stub. If you do not have a remittance stub, please mail your payment to:
